Our Founder & CEO has been in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years and began MyFitness in 2020 with 10 + years of experience, evidence based education, as well as multiple Nationally Recognized Certifications
We ensure all personal trainers hold their license through a nationally accredited certification exam (NCCA) are CPR certified and go through a thorough vetting process.
