  • That depends on your own circumstances. How much accountability do you require? How confident are you in your own ability to adhere to the lifestyle that will allow you to achieve your health and fitness goals?


 

  • As a general rule, 4-6 days of physical activity per week is ideal. However it varies based on your goals. For some people, 4-5 days of heavy lifting is optimal. For others, 2 days of resistance training, 2 days of walking, and 2 days of yoga would be optimal. There are many possibilities. What matters most is what works for you now (what you're able to do) and what works in the long run (which might and should change over time).

  • At the end of the day results are based on many factors such as genetics, history, lifestyle, environment, diet, commitment, and others play a role in the results you will achieve. Some we can control and others we cannot. We take a look at each client and create the most optimal plan for YOU based on all the variables we can measure.


  • MyFitness holds certified personal training and corrective exercise specializations from NASM, as well as other courses from other nationally accredited exams, such as senior care, ankle/knee/back/hip compensations, exercise modality specializations and more. With over 10 years of experience, knowledge and prior foundations in sports, weight training and holistic nutrition, it's more than just knowledge you will receive but practical application from previous experience.
