Our In-Home Training Services are one on one personal training sessions 1-hour in duration & include free nutrition guidance, a fitness plan built specifically for you & your needs and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. With the option to order sessions by the bundle or save money with our weekly session packages we make the first step in your fitness journey the easiest one.

Designed to hold you accountable to your partner & your trainer & keep you moving towards your goals. We make it easy by meeting you both on your schedule either in Home or In Studio. Our Partner Training Services are two person personal training sessions and come with free nutrition guidance, a fitness plan built specifically for you & your needs and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. All sessions are 1 hour in duration and come in 1-4 weekly session packages that come with a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year option
We offer 30-minute Live Virtual Training Sessions, perfect for those who travel & want to keep consistency. We offer 30-minute Online Check-ins in which your coach will review weekly progress, answer questions you have, & evaluate/improve the program to ensure we are moving forward! Both Options include a fitness plan built specifically for you & your needs.
Personal training programs provide access to the knowledge, expertise and advice of MyFitness by delivering a structured routine tailored for each individual client to follow on their own time. Including Warm ups, Cardio, Strength Training, Balance, Mobility and More! (based on each individual clients needs and goals.)
